Impressions count. The concept of perception management is based on this daily experience.The way in which a company, institution or person is currently perceived by their target group forms the starting point for their improvement, further development or upkeep.

Establishing and carrying out communication based on the principle of perception management means systematically focussing on a pre-defined, sought-after perception and adapting all measures to be in line with that goal. The success of the communication can subsequently be seen in the results achieved and/or in the perception that has changed as a result of the measures taken.
