The CODie family business is an independent and globally active specialist in the field of software for the shipping, insurance and finance industries. The company was searching for an improved perception and also wanted to consolidate the CODie brand. It charged Peter Bütikofer & Company with assessing the initial situation and establishing a communications strategy. 

From an external point of view, the overall image of the company and its areas of activity were not always clear. There was also a lack of USPs and core messages. 

Following an intensive communication workshop with the most important company representatives, it was possible to create a clearly structured presentation of the company with compulsory wording, a corporate story, core messages and USPs. The result also formed the basis for drawing up a medium-term communication strategy and the measures necessary for its implementation. CODie has now improved its image on the market and is positioned as a 'problem solver' in sophisticated software development.
