Tourism summit as a platform for sustainable industry PR 

The summit for the German tourism industry takes place once a year in Berlin. Hapimag took advantage of the industry gathering, which attracts broad international attention, to rebuild credibility and confidence in timeshares in Germany. 

 Timesharing – the joint use of holiday properties – has long been subjected to bad press in Germany. However, there is barely any other model that offers so many economic and ecological advantages to both participants and holiday regions alike. 

It was on this basis that Hapimag, the European timeshare association RDO and the international timeshare exchange RCI invited the accredited media representatives present at the summit to a press conference designed to shed a different light on timeshare concepts and overriding prejudices. A well-attended specialist lecture held in the plenum of the summit regarding the sustainability and profitability of timeshare properties also served the same purpose. 

It was the agency's job to initiate the event, along with handling the content and organisational aspects and managing the involvement of Hapimag, RDO and RCI.
